Individual policies: New Business of individual policies that have been approved, and remain active from April 1st, 2024 to March 31st, 2025, will qualify. The amount of premium corresponding to policies cancelled or in grace period during the qualification period will not count towards qualification.

Corporate group policies: Only New Business of group policies that have been approved, and remain active from April 1st, 2024, to March 31st, 2025, will count towards one qualification for the direct Agent only. For all sales of group policies, only the annualized premium of the active group census will count towards qualification. Any premium amount for policies added to the group after the renewal date will not count towards qualification. For example, if an Agent sold a group on August 3rd, 2024, all active policies during the qualification period will count towards qualification. Any insured added after the group’s renewal date, in this case August 3rd, 2025, will not count towards future qualification.
  • Qualification goals and sales are calculated in US Dollars (USD).
  • Agents and Agencies must have an active contract with Best Doctors Insurance (or any of the issuers) at the time the event is held.
  • Qualification might be as an individual Agent, Agency, Master General Agency (MGA):
    • Individual Agent qualification only includes personal sales under the agent’s own code and cannot include other agent’s sales.
    • When an Agency’s representative also has personal sales under another individual Agent and/or Agency code, both productions cannot be added, and only the highest qualification will count towards qualification. The remaining sales under the other code cannot be transferred or assigned to other Agents or administrative personnel of the Agency. The Agency’s qualification total includes the sales of all its sub-agents.
    • MGA’s qualification total includes direct sales and production from Agencies and Agents under its hierarchy. The MGA’s qualification is calculated on the remaining premium after deducting the total production from individual Agents that qualify. Any additional production will continue to be counted towards the MGA’s qualification.
  • Administrative fees, taxes (if applicable), discounts applied, and personal policies are not included towards qualification.
  • Hotel reservations, airfare, and land transportation are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for  monetary value.
  • Qualification only includes what is specified in the official agenda. Any additional expenses incurred are the participant’s responsibility.
  • This is an invitation-only incentive, and qualification is non-transferable. 
  • The Company reserves the right to modify the conditions, approve or reject any qualified Agent’s participation and/or their guests, as well as cancel the event without previous notice and under no compensation obligation.
