How Jumio® authentication works

Valid forms of identification are: ID cards, driver’s licenses or passports.
When submitting the application, the KYC option must be selected on the form to receive an email with a link to initiate the validation process electronically. Please note, this must be completed within 15 minutes.
Jumio®’s identity validation links are intended solely for the policyholder. If you are an agent or third party, it is essential to respect the customer’s privacy and security by not accessing links meant exclusively for authorized users.
